Choc Chip Protein Balls
These Choc Chip Protein Balls are a perfect snack or post-workout treat. They're easy to make, packed with protein and can easily be made dairy free.

- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 3/4 cup almond meal
- 4 tbs maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbs chocolate chips
- Salt
In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter, almond meal, maple syrup, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
Mix until well combined. If too dry, add a little water; if too wet, add more almond meal.
Roll mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
Store in an airtight container for freshness.
