Choc Chip Protein Balls

These Choc Chip Protein Balls are a perfect snack or post-workout treat. They're easy to make, packed with protein and can easily be made dairy free.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 3/4 cup almond meal
  • 4 tbs maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbs chocolate chips
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter, almond meal, maple syrup, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  • Mix until well combined. If too dry, add a little water; if too wet, add more almond meal.
  • Roll mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for freshness.
